This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give us when you ask for a quote.

Who we are

This website is run by KP Labs (Kushan Priyadasun, ABN 90 288 697 033). You can contact us at hello@kplabs.digital.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the quote form:

• Your business type
• What you need (the services you ticked)
• Your budget range
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your message (optional)

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to prepare your quote. We don't use it for anything else.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is sent as one email to KP Labs, and nowhere else. We don't pass it to any third party. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about an hour, and our host keeps standard server logs. This website has no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't set cookies.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiry emails after 12 months if no work goes ahead.

Access and deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@kplabs.digital from the address you used on the form and tell us what you'd like.
